iBomb!

I was looking around for some new's and wanted to start out with some easy ones, A French security guard had bought a iPod, he's name was Yassine Bouhadi, Age 26.
One night he was chatting with a friend and boom, the iPod exploded and he got splitter in he's eye's.
He says he's very angry and want to have hi's money back.
And this is not the first time this has happen, or atleast simliar accident.
An 11 year old girl iPod's exploded, but though she didn't get wounded.
Can the iBomb be trusted ?
